I made a qusadilla for lunch on sunday from left over fajita chicken, pepeers&onions, mexican blend shreaded cheese, home made guap, sour cream, jalapenos, and cushed up tortilla chips.
I told dan he got psyched on it and made this wile he was at work: Cheddar pepper jack mozzarel chicken roasted peppers. Siiiii!!!
