"Last Friday was the company Christmas party - and by party I mean
lunch, which is cool with me. Little did The Man know, last Friday
would also be my last day at the company because I got a new job
making more money. I attended the company Christmas lunch, where I
made the beef on weck seen below (unfortunately no au jus). Instead of
clocking back in and returning to my desk, I went home, never to
return again. But that night the owner of the company called me and
said "I heard a rumor that you quit!?!?" and to make a long story
short gave me a nice raise to not quit. The sandwich was good, and I
still work there."
