"After coming downstairs on christmas eve, I see a mound of fresh mozz and fried pumpkin sitting in the kitchen. My brother and I both agreed it was sandwich time. First we got a huge slab of some of the best mozzarella from our area. There is this italian deli that makes it themselves and it is so good. Along with the mozz, we got some fried pumpkin from them as well. To those who haven't had fried pumpkin, it tastes a lot like eggplant and is bangin' so go out and get some. In between the two, we got homemade meatballs and sauce with some parmesan sprinkled on top for good measure.Combine all the ingredients on a fresh italian roll, put this thing in the toaster oven, and you are ready to go. Merry Christmas stomachs!"
