"This bad boy is called "The Matteo" after its inventor. Each year I work at a christmas tree farm and every day we meet up for some breakfast. To get up prep'ed for lumber jacking, you need something hearty and filling, so that's where this sandwich comes in. It is a sausage, egg, and cheese with cream cheese and grape jelly on a bagel. Now it may sound gross, but don't knock it till you try it cause it's banging."
