Si Señior

This is a sandwich I make form time to time its off the hook. Home made guac with more tomatoes then usual(both sides of the roll), a layer of tortilla chips, pepper jack cheese, and boars head salsilito turkey. I also have a turkey burger version of this that I plan on entering in the Mezzetta’s Make That Sandwich contest (www.mezzetta.com)
